We don't provide refunds if you simply change your mind about a purchase. Make sure you want your items before you purchase them.

Unfortunately we're not able to cancel orders once placed as our simultaneous processing system means that as soon as you place an order the item is processed for delivery. We believe this provides for the best possible service for our customers.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds on an order because it did not pass through customs or because a fee was levied by a local customs agency.
