REFUNDS
If for whatever reason you're unhappy with your purchase please return it to us within 30 days for a no-questions-asked refund. In the first instance contact info@wetnosebuddy.com Sorry but we do not provide refunds if you simply requested the wrong size or colour of an item.
We don't provide refunds if you simply change your mind about a purchase. Make sure you want your items before you purchase them.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
CANCELLATIONS
Unfortunately we're not able to cancel orders once placed as our simultaneous processing system means that as soon as you place an order the item is processed for delivery.  We believe this provides for the best possible service for our customers.
All sales are final. Make sure you want your items before you purchase them.
RETURNS
We cannot currently offer size or colour exchanges for our products. We hope to be able to offer this facility in the future.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In the first instance contact info@wetnosebuddy.com.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
CUSTOMS ISSUES
We are not responsible for local customs issues. All issues or problems associated with customs are the sole responsibility of the customer and Wet Nose Buddy is not liable.  Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds on an order because it did not pass through customs or because a fee was levied by a local customs agency.
