HOW TO FIND THE RIGHT LENGTH

A tape measure is best but you could wrap anything ... even a mobile phone cable ... snuggly around your wrist and measure the length afterwards with a ruler. As the inner diameter of a bracelet is always slightly smaller than the length, add 1.5cm to this measurement to get the most appropriate length.

If you can't measure the wrist because you want to give it as a gift then as a guide:

• 19cm is suitable for teenagers, women and men with thin wrists

• 21cm is suitable for the majority of men's wrists

• 23cm is suitable for men with exceptionally strong wrists
